The New Skid Row was born in the year 2000. After 4 years of
Skid Row’s end, Scotti, Rachel and Snake reunited and called Johnny Solinger to
be lead vocalist and Charlie Mills to be the drummer of the new Skid Row.
Charlie was a Skid Row member for only a short period of time, and to take his
place the band called an ex-bandmate of Rachel, Prunella Scales drummer, Phil
Varone.
With this line-up, the band released the album ThickSkin, on August 2003.
Varone left the band on the beginning of 2004 due personal issues, and then Tim
Diduro joined the band. Weeks later Varone returned to band but he left Skid Row
once more some months later. Since then, Dave Gara is the Skid Row drummer.
