The album features Bobby Jarzombeck (drums) ; Metal Mike Chlasciak (guitar) ; Johnny Chromatic (guitar) ; Stevie DiGiorgio (bass). Angel Down also features Axl Rose singing on 3 songs. Axl last recording dated from 1994. The song Fallin' Into You was written by Sebastian along with Desmond Child (known by his inumerous songs written with Bon Jovi.
